Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, without giving any reason.

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you have an additional 14 days to return the product.

Upon receiving the returned item in good condition, we will refund the full purchase amount, including the original standard shipping costs (if applicable), within 14 days.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.


Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and undamaged

  • The jewellery card/tag must be attached

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • The product must be suitable for resale

If a returned product does not meet these conditions, Zofana reserves the right to refuse the return or apply a reduction in value.

Zofana may deduct compensation for diminished value if the product has been used beyond what is necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics, and functioning.


Hygiene Notice

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned if the hygiene seal has been broken or if they have been worn.


How to Return an Item

  1. Notify us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing info@zofana.com

  2. You will receive further return instructions

  3. Send the product back within 14 days after notifying us

The return must be clearly identifiable (include your order number).


Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as the risk of the return shipment remains with the customer until the product has been received by Zofana.


Defective or Incorrect Products

If your product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt via info@zofana.com and include clear photos of the issue.

In this case:

  • Return shipping costs will be covered by Zofana

  • We will provide a suitable solution, such as replacement or refund

This is in addition to your statutory rights under EU consumer law.


Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned product, the refund will be processed within 14 days.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
