At Zofana, we aim to deliver your jewellery safely, securely, and as quickly as possible. All orders are shipped with Track & Trace, so you can follow your package at any time.
1. Shipping Areas
Zofana ships to countries within the European Union (EU).
If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at info@zofana.com.
2. Shipping Costs
The Netherlands
Standard shipping: €5.95
European Union
Standard shipping: €9.95
Free shipping: NL orders over €75 | EU orders over €100
Shipping costs are clearly displayed during checkout before completing your order.
Return shipping costs for regular returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.
3. Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email including your Track & Trace number once your order has been dispatched.

5. Order Changes or Cancellation
Orders can only be modified or cancelled before shipment.
If you wish to cancel or change your order, please contact info@zofana.com as soon as possible.
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled but may be returned according to our Return Policy.
6. Liability During Shipping
Zofana remains responsible for the shipment until the moment the package is delivered to the customer.
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.
In such cases, Zofana will:

Send a replacement free of charge, or

Issue a full refund
We will handle the claim with the courier. The customer may be asked to provide photos of the package or product.
Delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control do not entitle the customer to compensation.
